WHAT IS GANODERMA LUCIDUM?
Ganoderma Lucidum also known as Lingzhi or Reishi is a medicinal mushroom commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is famed in promoting health and longevity.
While the mushroom can be consumed as it is, its spores contains abundant Lingzhi polysaccharides, Lingzhi triterpenes and other active ingredients, all of which are found to be beneficial in boosting our immunity. The medical efficacy is 75 times of the Lingzhi fruit body.
WHAT IS GANODERMA SPORE?
The Lingzhi spores in I’mmushroom uses an advanced technological method which has a high cracking rate of more than 95%. This releases the concentrated nutrients within.
The spore is released in limited quantities where each kilogram of Lingzhi produces approximately 1 gram of cracked spore powder making it the most valuable part of Lingzhi.
